What is your refund policy with COVID -19 ? (CLASSES)

If we are forced to postpone classes and programs due to COVID 19 (State Mandate) we will offer all registered families a future credit towards Sweat F.C Fall Spring or Summer Programming. This would be a prorated fee for each child.

What is your refund policy ? (CAMPS ONLY)

If you choose to cancel your registration, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to michelle@sweatfc.com (with confirmation of receipt from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee:

  • If we receive a written notice prior 60 days of the camp date, the organization will retain $95.00 as a compensation for the registration expenses.

  • If we receive a written notice between 60-30 days of the camp date, the organization will retain 50% of the payment fee paid.

  • If we receive a written notice of cancelation within 30 days of the camp date, there will be no refunds of the amount paid for the Sweat Soccer Camps.

  • If the participant simply does not show up to the camp, there will be no refunds for the amount paid.

What is your class refund policy ?

If you choose to cancel your registration for seasonal classes, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to michelle@sweatfc.com (with confirmation of receipt from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee:

  • If we receive a written notice prior 21 days of the class date, the organization will submit a full refund

  • If we receive a written notice between 14days of the class date, the organization will retain 50% of the payment fee paid.

  • If we receive a written notice of cancelation within 7 days of the class date, there will be no refunds of the amount paid for the Sweat F.C .

Weather Policy ?

  • Weather Policy across the club: If we have to cancel due to weather, SWEAT F.C will send an email/text out to inform you that your session has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email from SWEAT F.C then the session is ON. Please DO NOT email or call simply due to the volume of correspondence we receive.

    Coaches may decide to cancel once he/she gets to the field if he/she feels that it is not safe to play.

What is your Make up Class Policy ?

  • Sweat Football club will offer 2 additional make up dates each season in cases where we have cancelled customary classes due to inclement weather. Ex: If your child is registered for a Fall class and experiences postponed/cancelled classes we will only offer 2 make up dates at the end of every season.

Fullfillment Policy ?

  • Players registered for Fall and Toddler classes will receive all uniforms at their first day of classes.

  • Players registered for SUMMER CAMPS only will receive uniforms and equipments in mail to address associated with child’s application.

Terms and Services Agreement ?

Thank you for choosing Sweat F.C for your child’s soccer trainings. All coaching, programming and soccer activities are offered directly by Sweat Football Club Foundation (157 13th street, Brooklyn, NYC 11215).
